Where do you ship?

At this point I only offer shipping within Australia and NZ. All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided. All orders are set at flat fee rates in Australian Dollars. Express post is only available within Australia.

Australia Standard: $10.90

Australia Express: $15

New Zealand: $15.50

All orders will be provided with Australia Post tracking once your order has shipped.

Can I return an item?

If for some reason there is a problem with your art order, of course! I am committed to delivering you the highest quality print that I want you to be happy with. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please get in touch with me and I will arrange a replacement for you.

If your item is received in faulty condition, please contact me within 7 days and I will be happy to help.

Do you offer custom orders?

I only provide custom orders for my pet portraits. Please refer to the custom artworks page.

Custom Pet portraits are received as a download TIFF file in A3 size and is available worldwide!
